The CNC Vertical Turret Double Column CNC Lathe is perfect for
processing metals, including ferrous and nonferrous materials, as
well as some non-metallic substances. It can handle tasks like
turning the end face, both the inner and outer cylindrical
surfaces, circular conical surfaces, and hole drilling, expanding,
and reaming. The cutting action of this vertical lathe machine is
controlled by the PLC, and the feeding axis is driven by an AC
asynchronous servo motor. It features a touch screen display and a
hand-held pulsed control. The main transmission is powered by the
spindle's AC servo motor and has a hydraulic gear change with two
gears for continuous speed adjustment. The tool rest is equipped
with a T-type ram and a manual 5-tool position tool table
structure, ensuring sturdy rigidity and convenient tool changes.
The worktable is operated manually and has a 4-jaw single movement
chuck.
