The high-precision heavy-duty CNC roll crescent groove machine tool
has the advantages of high degree of automation, high processing
accuracy, high cutting efficiency, safe and reliable operation,
etc. The machine tool can complete milling, slot jumping and
lettering in one clamping, and does not require secondary clamping
of the roll.
The machine bed is a three-parallel guide heavy-duty roll
processing machine structure. The bed width must reach 910mm and
the saddle width must reach 810mm to ensure that the machine tool
has sufficient rigidity and vibration resistance as a whole, so as
to be suitable for milling high-hardness tungsten carbide roll
rings and high-speed steel rolls and composite rolls.
The longitudinal movement of the large slide of the machine tool is
equipped with a locking mechanism to ensure that there is no waste
groove caused by center offset when processing high-hardness rolls
or performing large cutting.
Main Features:
1. Notching (base function)
CNC machine can notch ribs for the deformed steel bar with all
standard. The CNC machine use 4 server motors
X axis :notch tool feed forward or turn back.
Y axis: the roll turning with worn gear
Z axis : notching tool turning on the level surface with gear
drive.
A axis: the notch tool move from the left to the right.
2.Marking ( basical function)
CNC machine can mark on the surface of the roll.
Marking cutter feed forward or turn back, and move from the left to
the right
x axis : notching tool feed forward or turn back.
Y axis: the roll turning with worn gear
A axis: the notch tool move from the left to the right
S axis: high speed of the marking cutter spindle turning
